Yoga Classes with Katie Duggan
Hatha yoga is a traditional style of yoga. Focuses on unifying the body and mind, breath and movement. It’s adaptable to suit the needs and different levels of the student. With regular practice, it can have a variety of benefits such as increased strength, flexibility and balance. Also, it can help to reduce and manage stress, improve overall health and fitness.
Katie is trained in Hatha yoga, but over the years she has integrated many different forms of bodywork. These include Embodied Yoga Principles, which allows you to take a psychological insight into yourself, giving you tools to assist you in your everyday life, Kinetic Flow a systematic way of integrating many systems of the body, nervous, muscular and lymphatic, for optimal performance and recovery.
