Ages ago I promised myself I would have one day a week, even if it was just for a few hours where I forget about the schedule and listen to my soul.
.
Taking time out to connect in with my inner being and asking What do I need? Its different everytime. Sometimes its going to the beach, reading, cacao, or just sitting in nature.
.
When I do it I always think Why dont I do this more often? I was on a roll consistently doing it and it felt great. But then life gets in the way, things are busy and to be honest you just forget.
.
Its so important to step away from the busyness and take some time to rest. You cant be creative, hustling, motivated and positive all of the time, thats not the way we are built. We are cyclical beings, just like the seasons. So having these really high expectations of ourselves to be on point all of the time can lead to burnout and feeling like youre on this human hamster wheel. Its an unrealistic and unachievable state to be in.
.
Prioritize your downtime like you would any appointment or meeting. Put it in your schedule and make it a non negotiable. Honestly youll thank yourself later.
.
When was the last time you tuned into yourself?
.
Hopefully this will be a gentle reminder for someone and myself 🙂

The intention for June is purification and softening. How does that resonate with you?
For me it feels like a breath of fresh air.

The month of June brings laughter, joy and excitement. A time where the energy integrates toward unity and compassion, a time of fertility. June also signifies the end of the first half of the year. Take time to reflect on this month and what you want to unfold over the next 6 months.

Im so excited for this new chapter and to share my new offering with you. Ive been working on this for nearly a year and now seems like the perfect time to share it.

After working with so many people over the last 2 years and seeing the same challenges and struggles, this programme was born.
