Sweat it Out and Cool it Down Yoga Workshop

Summer is well and truly on it’s way. What better way to welcome it than with a yoga practice that is going to get every part of your body fired up and moving. Through breath, movement, core connection and unveiling your hidden strengths you will feel rejuvenated and refreshed. Yoga has the potential to increase fat loss, develop muscle tone, and build flexibility, leading to a more lean-looking physique. It also helps you build muscle strength and endurance. If you want to work on your cardio fitness, yoga can do that, too, as long as you opt for a more rigorous practice.
