Rise and Shine Yoga Week.
Monday – Friday, May 10th -14th.
Join me and this amazing and motivated community for 5 days of morning yoga.
Start your day off by greeting the sun. Set the tone for a more positive and productive week.
Each morning there will be a different themed class. By the end of the week you will have stretched and moved every inch of your body. You will be amazed at how good you will feel mentally, physically and emotionally, after doing just 30 minutes of movement.
There are so many benefits of getting up early such as:
Being more focused, productive and organised throughout the day.
Getting exercise in before your day starts.
- Feel more energised and happy.
- Make healthier food choices.
- Enjoy better quality of sleep.
- Feeling less stressed.
That’s just to name a few. Maybe you’ll even continue this morning ritual and create a new habit.
This event will be hosted in a Private Facebook Group. If you miss a session or can’t make the time it will be there for you to do at your own convivence, even after the event has ended.
