This workshop will teach you simple and easy tools and techniques you can use to feel calm and relaxed .
In these challenges times stress becomes to norm. We get used to it and it feels familiar. Stress is ok for short periods of time but long term stress can be damaging to our physical and metal health.
In this workshop you will learn:
The cycle of stress and how to break it.
How to breath properly.
Gentle movement .
How to relax the body and the mind.
No experience required. All you need is a chair and a quite space. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions. If you can’t make the time you will be able to watch the recording at whenever you like.
