Breathe and Stretch Yoga Workshop
This workshop is for anyone who wants to learn how to work with their body rather than against. The breath is our superpower and when used correctly it can make any workout, run and daily tasks so much more effortless and productive.
Proper stretching and increased flexibility can help in so many ways.
