The energy is extremely optimistic and motivating, are you feeling it? It’s a great time to start fresh, make positive changes, adopt healthy habits, but don’t get caught up in the chaotic madness and try to change everything at once. Go easy, take one thing at a time and enjoy the journey. Remember life is a marathon, not a sprint.

The Ever-Unfolding Rose
Cracked open. It’s happening for you, not to you.
Have you been redirected, stopped or had to make a sudden shift or change in your life recently? If so this is for your highest good. When we get too comfortable we stop expanding and creating. We end up doing the same thing day in and day out. It’s time to shake things up and move in a different direction. This could also be related to heartbreak, if you have lost someone or a relationship has ended, this opens us in ways so that we see things through a different lens. Transformation and growth are painful but it’s worth it will understand why soon. 

Get Grounded
Empaths. Highly Sensitives. Connect with Nature.
A tree is only as strong as its roots. Don’t try to start anything unless you are deeply grounded in your own energy, otherwise, all your hard work will be swept away or you’ll get totally overwhelmed with the mounting pressure. Take some time each day to sit in silence, even for just 5 minutes, place your hands and your heart and take a few deep breaths. Feel and sense into your body and its energy. Ask yourself “What do I need?”. What for the answers. Make an effort to go outside in nature, look at the trees, the ground, the sky, the water around you, let the sun kiss your face and the moon touch your soul. 

Play
Cracked open. It’s happening for you, not to you.
When was the last time you had a good belly laugh? Is your day filled with to-do lists and tasks. Make time to be silly, see your friends, go to a show or play a board game. Laughter is the best medicine. It improves our mental health, lifts our mood, relieves feelings of anger and frustration, and helps reduce tension. It also increases our energy, inspires hope, and adds joy to our life.

Mirror
Who or what is triggering you?
Life is a mirror of what we feel and think presents itself in our reality. If someone is annoying you or getting under your skin, ask yourself “What is this trying to teach me?” or “What am I not recognising within myself?” Self-reflection is really important at this time. What do you want to see more of in your reality? Start changing your thoughts to more positive ones.
